We have been able to develop a traditional cooperage process through our brand heart toast, on refractory bricks.

This allows for the transformation of the extractable particles into a “good taste” and “melt” factor. This process allows us to erase the excessive tannins and greenness found in natural oak, whatever the degree requested.
